The contractor will perform recurring janitorial services at the OSP John Day facility, including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, entry areas, breakrooms, offices, and stairways on weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual schedules, as well as periodic hard floor maintenance and exceptional services requested on an hourly basis. The contractor must supply its own tools, equipment, and consumable supplies (toilet tissue, paper towels, soap, liners, deodorizers, seat covers), and personnel must pass background checks and CJIS clearance before accessing the facility.
