Pre-Bid Conference: OJD is hosting a site visit at the Harney County Courthouse on Nov 10th at 9:00 AM. The courthouse is located at 450 N Buena Vista, Burns, OR 97720.
The successful Offeror shall provide and install ballistic materials at the Harney County Courthouse. The base quote requires fully removing and rebuilding both Circuit Court transaction window areas, including armoring the surrounding walls and replacing the windows with ballistic glass, and providing and installing ballistic armor in the judge's bench and clerk station in the courtroom with exposed armor under desks (no veneer cover). Alternate 1 is replacing the door to the secure hallway between courtroom and office with a similarly rated door with no window. All ballistic materials must meet or exceed UL 752 Level III standards. The work must be completed no later than April 30, 2027.
