- This RFA includes multiple On-Call Feeding and Bottled Water Delivery Service options Applicants may choose to provide, options include large scale, small scale, and/or onsite meal preparation and delivery, delivery of Food Boxes, reloadable Meal Cards/Vouchers, and delivery of Bottled Water. Applicants may select to provide just one option or multiple options if they have the capability to do so.
Agency anticipates the award of multiple Price Agreements from this RFA. The initial term of any Price Agreement awarded is anticipated to be through June 30, 2025. Agency reserves the right to extend, via a written amendment, the term of any awarded Price Agreement up to a maximum agreement term of seven (7) years without further solicitation. Agency does not guarantee to successful Applicants, Contractor upon award of a Price Agreement, that a minimum or maximum amount of Services will be ordered by Agency under any awarded Price Agreement and Services Request Order.
