- Agency anticipates the award of multiple Price Agreements from this RFA. The initial term of any Price Agreement awarded will be for one (1) year. Agency reserves the right to extend, via a written amendment, the term of any awarded Price Agreement up to a maximum Price Agreement term of five (5) years. Agency does not guarantee to successful Applicants, Price Agreement upon award of a Price Agreement, that a minimum or maximum amount of Services will be ordered by Agency under any awarded Price Agreement. Services ordered by Agency from any resulting Price Agreement will strictly be on an as needed basis.
