The NYSP is soliciting bids for a cyber threat intelligence platform. As a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP), NYSP intends to enter into a three-year contract with two (2) one-year optional renewals with the bidder whose proposal is determined to represent the best overall value for NYSP, based on a technical evaluation, software demonstration evaluation, and the total cost of ownership over the life of the contract.
