OPRHP is proposting to award a single source contract to JMR Logistics as they possesses unique, proprietary knowledge of the existing Upper Rapids Point of Sale (POS) infrastructure at Cave of the Winds, Niagara Falls State Park, and has demonstrated specialized expertise required to ensure project continuity without operational disruption.
The Upper Rapids ticketing system is a proprietary application developed, implemented, and maintained by JMR Logics. The current system is reaching end of life requiring OPRHP to make upgrades to the existing infrastructure.
