Customized employment is highly staff‑intensive, requiring additional resources to meet project outcomes. This amendment shifts unspent funds to outyears of the contract to support increased staffing. NYAIL is uniquely positioned to oversee the work of local ILCs across six project regions, leveraging its statewide network and experience as a proven Part B vendor.
No subcontracting, joint venture, or co‑production arrangements are anticipated.
