Andron Construction is requesting proposals from certified M/WBE and SDVOB firms for the RPC - Renovate Nursing Cores Building 58 & 60 project in Orangeburg, NY.
Primary objective is to reconfigure the central nursing core funcitions across 14 behavioral health inpatient units and convert existing administrative spcace into a new patient unit. The buildings are part of an occupied secured facility. The facility will utilize swing units and swing spaces to maintain their full patient capacity and facility operations.
This project is subject to a a PLA (Project Labor Agreement).
Required trades include: Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Finish Carpenty, Roofing, Fireproofing, Doors/Frames/Hdwr, Glazing, Tile, Resilient/Epoxy Flooring, Painting, Division 10, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical.
All bids shall be submitted to Dominic Bueti (dbueti@androncc.com) with copy to Jeanna Shepard (jshepard@androncc.com) no later than end of business day Monday, August 24, 2026.
