To provide project management and grant administration of the Small Project Program awarded through the Village of Gowanda NY Forward Grant in collaboration with the NYS Homes & Community Renewal contract agreement to provide support to the Village of Gowanda downtown revitalization includoing building renovation, facade renovations, signage, awnings, upper story residential, or permanent building improvements including eligible equipment and public art installation. Scope of services include development of marketing and coordination of project marketing, application and selection process, communication of program guidelines, review submissions of project funding committment, coordinate construction monitoring, site inspections, and communication with property owners and project applicants. Assist project applicants and building owners with architectural and environmental services including project scope, design documents, and environmental review documents if required.
