The Flexible Technical Assistance (FlexTech) Program (PON 4192) has been revised:

• Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis dependent on funding availability until December 31, 2030 by 3:00 PM Eastern Time.

• Section II. Program Cost-Share has been updated.
• Updated cost share range for the Multifamily - Affordable sector
• Updated Technical Assistance Services

• Section IV. Program Parameters has been updated.

• Attachment B-3: Terms and Conditions has been updated.

Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences:

Applications for New York State Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Multifamily facilities that display a potential for energy savings, carbon savings, or process improvements, as well as opportunities to consider energy efficiency given known energy use increases, will be considered for eligibility. Study participants must utilize third-party engineering firms, energy service providers, or other entities to perform technical assistance. Applications are accepted until funds are exhausted or December 31, 2030, whichever comes first.
