Toll Management Service Provider Commercial Charge Account Program

The NYS Thruway Authority announces the Toll Management Service Provider Commercial Charge Account Program (Program). Toll Management Service Providers (TMSP) are companies that offer consolidated invoicing, dispute resolution, reporting and other toll services for users of toll facilities. The Program is available to TMSP’s seeking to offer the benefits of the Authority’s Commercial E-ZPass Accounts to companies and individuals who operate commercial vehicles on the Thruway System and other facilities that accept E-ZPass. The Authority will accept applications from TMSP’s for participation in the Program on a continuous rolling basis.

The Minimum Qualifications to apply for the Program are:

• At least one year of experience collecting a minimum of $100,000 of tolls annually on behalf of toll agencies operating with in the United States

OR

• Minimum annual revenues of $5 million and two years of experience in the fields of customer service, technology, transportation or finance.
