• Retail project completion, invoicing, and payment

• Added language referring to the Residential Inclusive Storage Incentive and Retail Inclusive Storage Incentive, including that these incentives require additional documents to demonstrate eligibility

The Residential Energy Storage Incentive Program and the Retail Energy Storage Incentive Program are incentive-based programs that award Participating Contractors for eligible energy storage systems. The Programs are designed to accelerate the energy storage market in New York State to reach 6 gigawatts of energy storage capacity statewide. The Residential Program offers incentives to smaller energy storage systems, while the Retail Program offers incentives to larger energy storage systems, up to 5 megawatts in capacity. The Residential Program offers the Residential Energy Storage Incentive and the Residential Inclusive Storage Incentive (Residential ISI), while the Retail Program offers the Retail Energy Storage Incentive and Retail Inclusive Storage Incentive (Retail ISI).

The Residential Energy Storage Incentive Program and the Retail Energy Storage Incentive Program are incentive-based programs that award Participating Contractors for eligible energy storage systems. The Programs are designed to accelerate the energy storage market in New York State to reach 6 gigawatts of energy storage capacity statewide. The Residential Program offers incentives to smaller energy storage systems, while the Retail Program offers incentives to larger energy storage systems, up to 5 megawatts in capacity.
