THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREAFTER, THE "AUTHORITY" OR "NYPA") INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO FURNISH ALL SUPERVISION, LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT (EXCEPT FOR SERVICES, MATERIALS AND/OR EQUIPMENT TO BE FURNISHED BY OTHERS AS SPECIFICALLY REFERRED TO IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS) AND PERFORM ALL OPERATIONS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH SERVICE (EHS) COMPLIANCE AUDIT CONSULTING SERVICES.
Bidders must have commensurate experience. Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov in order to obtain instructions on participating in the bidding process through Ariba. This contract may be fulfilled by a Sub Contract, Joint Venture or Co-Production arrangement.

The consultant will provide technical support for up to 25 EHS compliance audits over the agreement term, including audit scoping and planning, fieldwork (site visits typically 1-2 weeks, possibly 4-6 weeks), reporting (draft observation lists, final workpapers), risk assessment, and annual audit planning support. The consultant must supply their own PPE, complete safety training, and comply with background screening. Auditors must have a minimum of 5 years experience conducting EHS audits in complex utility, industrial, and infrastructure environments, with proficiency in domains such as Air Quality, EPCRA, DOT hazardous materials, SPCC, OSHA, asbestos, and electrical safety.
