Estimated Project Cost: Phase 1 $88 million, Phase 2 $95 million
Preconstruction Services shall include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the Project.
Preconstruction services for both phases are anticipated to begin November 2027 to Q3 2030 and construction is anticipated to begin Q2 2028, with estimated completionQ2 2030
