The project includes river channel widening and modifications (approx. 1.6 miles), construction of earthen levees (approx. 3.1 miles), four concrete culverts through levee, scour protection, and utility relocations. Key quantities: 1,780,000 m³ channel excavation, 772,000 m³ levee fill placement, 160,000 m³ scour protection stone placement. Additional features include maintenance road on levee crest, drainage ditches, utility relocations (water, sewer, electrical lines), material management areas, remaining wetland mitigation, and demolition of abandoned structures.
