The contractor will provide analytical standards, reference materials (RMs), and certified reference materials (CRMs) on an as-needed basis for the forensic analysis of licit and illicit drugs, substances, and other chemical compounds in human biological samples (blood and urine). The materials must be manufactured by an ISO 17034-accredited Reference Material Producer and tested by an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory. Each material must be accompanied by documentation conforming to ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 17034 standards, including certificates of analysis. The contractor must provide a full catalog of products relevant to forensic toxicology, including pharmaceutical compounds, drugs of abuse, novel psychoactive substances, and isotopically-labeled internal standards.
