The contractor must perform preventative maintenance (PM1 semi-annually, PM2 annually, PM3 as specified), monthly building outage tests, load bank tests, repair service including emergency repairs, rental of portable backup generators or ATS, replacement of generators/ATS/fuel tanks, and automatic transfer switch maintenance. All work must comply with NFPA 110 and NFPA 25 for healthcare occupancies.
