The contractor shall deliver CLASS professional development through self-paced online courses and 12–14 training sessions, provide participant materials and resources, and submit monthly reports. The contractor shall provide access to the CLASS Quality Improvement Subscription for data collection, management, analysis, and reporting, and support authorized users. The contractor shall coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, logistics, and communications, provide customer support for platform access and navigation, and provide financial, administrative, reporting, and marketing support.
