Work includes installation, diagnostics, electrical work, removals, repairs, parts and supplies, maintenance, and upgrades for irrigation wells (4-inch casing and above) with pumping systems and components; domestic wells (below 4-inch casing) with pumping systems and pressure tanks; windmills with towers and structures; solar wells with solar panels and electrical components; and water capture systems (guzzlers, trick tanks, drinkers, catchments). Drilling is excluded. Contractors provide hourly labor rates for shop and field repairs by position (laborer, supervisor) and state quadrant, mileage rates for travel beyond 50 miles from vendor's place of business, and parts discounts. Work is on an as-needed, on-call basis with no guaranteed quantity.
