Texas Water Company has committed to a project of constructing a pump station and storage tank along Neumanns Way. We would like to have the work completed by March 25, 2028.
Contractor will construct a pump station (PS) building, two (2) 2.88 million gallon per day (MGD) vertical turbine pumps, valves, piping and system components, a hydropneumatic tank and compressor, site improvements, yard piping, a 650,000 gallon prestressed concrete ground storage tank (GST), electrical, instrumentation and controls and SCADA system, access driveway, parking, landscaping improvements, perimeter fencing and gates, and site security. Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, parts, equipment and appurtenant items required to complete. Contractor will be also be responsible for payment and performance bonds prior to Notice to Proceed being issued, as well as a 2 year maintenance bond upon completion of project.
