Request for Information (RFI) No. 26-025 Unified Customer Communications System. Notice is hereby given that NJ TRANSIT is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) seeking market information and innovative solutions from knowledgeable and experienced vendors to better understand the current landscape of customer communications information solutions available for a complex, multi-modal public transit system. This RFI is strictly for information gathering and planning purposes and is not a solicitation for bids or proposals.
No contract award will result from this Notice. A complete RFI package, inquiries and requests for information may be obtained from William Caruso by email at wcaruso@njtransit.com. RFI responses must be submitted no later than 3:00 P.M. ET on September 17, 2026, via email to wcaruso@njtransit.com.
