This RFI is strictly for information gathering and planning purposes and is not a solicitation for bids or proposals.
No contract award will result from this Notice. A complete RFI package, inquiries and requests for information may be obtained from William Caruso by email at wcaruso@njtransit.com. RFI responses must be submitted no later than 3:00 P.M. ET on September 17, 2026, via email to wcaruso@njtransit.com.
