PKA - VIP Furniture Management

The Vendor shall provide management, logistics, warehousing, transportation, labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to maintain Government-furnished property for Special Command Positions (SCPs), general/flag officers, selectees, and the 0-6 serving as installation commander plus civilian equivalents residing in privatized housing. Responsibilities include accountability, cleaning, minor/repair, preventive maintenance, and warehousing of government-owned furnishings, window treatments, equipment, and appliances across 43 privatized homes; semi-annual joint inventories; monthly status reports; handling of furniture and appliance turn-ins; disposing of property in accordance with DRMO; quarterly icemaker maintenance; and providing all required deliverables (inspections, reports, plans). The Government will supply office space and property; the Vendor supplies labor, tools, and transportation.
