The Contractor shall be responsible for the full operation of the wastewater and water treatment plants at GSYCF and BSP, and the wastewater treatment plant at WHFYCF. This includes daily operations, maintenance, equipment operation, control, testing, regulatory reporting, sludge and residual disposal, laboratory procedures, odor prevention, and maintaining operational records. The Contractor must provide a full-time licensed operator for each wastewater treatment plant, operate the plants seven days a week, and maintain emergency response capability 24/7. Specific tasks include controlling flow, monitoring gauges, operating pumps and valves, removing screenings, performing process control testing, and inspecting collection systems. The Contractor is also responsible for chemical supply coordination, laboratory services, and regulatory reporting.
