The contractor must provide emergency towing services during the winter season on specified interstate highways and routes in New Jersey, including I-80, I-195, I-280, I-287, I-295, I-78, I-76, I-676, Route 24, Route 440, Route 55, and Route 18. Services are required at multiple deployment sites such as Columbia, Hamilton, Freehold, Summit, West Orange, Pompton Lakes, Bedminster, Hanover, Riverdale, Deepwater, West Deptford, Mount Laurel, Bordentown, Lawrence, West Trenton, Keasbey, Glassboro, Deptford, Clinton, Bloomsbury, and Netcong maintenance yards. The contractor must provide both medium-duty (under 11,500 lb. GVWR) and heavy-duty (over 11,500 lb. GVWR) towing equipment on an hourly all-inclusive rate basis.
