The solution must support various employer account types, including joint accounts and PEO accounts, and must comply with all applicable state and federal regulations, including IRS Publication 1075, NIST standards, and WCAG 2.1. The system must be hosted in data centers in the U.S. and provide robust reporting and ad-hoc query capabilities.
