The contractor will provide food storage services in two zones: Zone A (Southern Jersey) and Zone B (Northern Jersey). Services include inbound storage (full month and last-half of first month), recurring storage, handling charges in and out, restacking and palletizing, recouping/reworking/repacking, and disposal charges for damaged goods. Pricing is required per unit (CWT, pallet, case) for each of three contract years. The contractor must also manage inventory and distribution as indicated by historical data and USDA Foods lists.
