The contractor shall provide services for the maintenance, operations, and support of the NJKiDS system, including application maintenance, integration testing and quality assurance, batch operations and interface support, help desk operations, technical operations and infrastructure support, and training. The contractor must maintain federal certification, ensure security of classified information, manage over 350 Oracle database tables, and support system releases totaling 100,000 hours annually. The work includes monitoring and executing all interface/file transfers and batch processing, providing first and second tier help desk support, and maintaining the technical environment consistent with State standards. The contractor must also provide a transition period of 180 calendar days and a mobilization plan within 10 calendar days of contract award.
