The Contractor shall ship Naloxone 4mg nasal spray by the Case (each Case contains exactly twelve (12) two-dose Cartons) directly to registered Eligible Entities of the Naloxone Direct Program throughout New Jersey. The Contractor must develop a process for receiving daily orders (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from Naloxone Direct Program staff, process orders within 24 hours (Monday–Thursday), and ensure delivery within two Business Days from the date shipped. The Contractor must provide tracking information, establish procedures for unsuccessful deliveries, require signature on delivery, and ensure the product carries at least a 24-month expiration date. The Contractor shall also provide monthly invoices to DHS and educational materials on opioid overdose in English and Spanish.
