The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order, for supplying the State of New Hampshire with the item(s) indicated in the “Offer” section of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting order. This shall be a one-time order with delivery required to the location indicated in the F.O.B. section of this bid invitation.
The bidder must supply 35,000 lbs of License Plate Aluminum meeting specifications in paragraphs 24.2, 24.3, and 24.4, plus 30,000 lbs of 12" Automotive and 5,000 lbs of Motorcycle License Plate Aluminum meeting specifications in paragraphs 24.5 and 24.6. The aluminum must meet specific alloy, thickness, strength, and coating properties as detailed in the sections. Delivery is required within 30 days of receipt of Purchase Order to NH Dept. of Corrections (3 Maguire St., Concord, NH 03301) and NH Dept. of Safety (41 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03305).
