NHDES Environmental Consulting Services Contract
Contract work assignments will include environmental site assessments, site investigations, remediation design, and remedial implementation at petroleum and hazardous waste contaminated sites and Brownfields and CERCLA grant-funded sites throughout New Hampshire. The work is expected to involve all phases of the corrective action process from site characterizations/assessments through remedial action oversight. Assignments may also include hazardous building materials surveys and abatements and solid waste engineering and geological services. The work shall be performed in accordance with New Hampshire Contaminated Site Management Rules (Env-Or 600), Brownfields Program (Env-Or 800), Hazardous Waste Rules (Env-Wm 100-1000), Solid Waste Rules (Env-Sw 100-2100) and/or CERCLA.
