A. Purpose: To support the Executive Office of the Governor by centrally managing, tracking, and analyzing legislation and related governmental actions throughout the Florida Legislative Session and the calendar year. The system enables staff to efficiently organize bill assignments, maintain visibility across all legislative activities, and ensure timely access to information necessary to assist the Governor in decision-making and policy development. B. Objectives: - Provide a centralized platform for assigning filed legislation to multiple staff and sub‑accounts with unified oversight and tracking. - Deliver real-time monitoring and comprehensive reporting on legislative actions, bill progress, and related governmental developments. - Offer all users one accessible location to retrieve reports, notifications, press releases, announcements, legal opinions, and other relevant materials. - Integrate information from key governmental entities including the Governor’s Office, Florida House and Senate, Florida Supreme Court, state agencies, revenue estimating conferences, and budget releases. - Enhance communication, coordination, and informed analysis within the Executive Office of the Governor by consolidating essential legislative and governmental information into a single online system.
