The venue must accommodate 500 people in one room for plenary and meals, have 5-7 separate breakout rooms, and provide overnight lodging for 30-50 attendees. Required services include meeting space, parking, audio-visual equipment with a dedicated technician, and food and beverage with specified per-person price caps. The facility must be within 20 miles of Manchester-Boston Regional Airport and be ADA compliant.
