The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for Heavy Equipment Rental and/or a contract for Heavy Equipment Rental to include Operator Services to the State of New Hampshire with services indicated in the SCOPE OF SERVICES and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract.
The Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary to perform services. Services include rental equipment delivery only (equipment delivery, pick-up, and maintenance) and equipment rental with operator included (operator-provided equipment delivery, pick-up, maintenance, and site work). The Vendor must provide a dedicated account representative, submit quarterly and annual usage reports, and comply with all specifications and terms.
