Through the School Energy Efficiency Development (SEED) Grant Program, the New Hampshire

The Department will only consider bids in response to this RFP that propose a total cost of no
more than $9,000 per project. The maximum amount of funding available per project is $9,000
and the Department intends to award at least two grants. Only one proposer will be awarded.
Projects awarded SEED funding must be completed no later than March 31, 2028.
Electronic proposals must be received at the Department no later than 12:00 p.m. EST (Noon)
on September 15, 2026. If the Department decides to award a contract at the conclusion of this
Request for Proposals (RFP), any contract award is contingent upon approval of the contract by
the New Hampshire Governor and Executive Council (Governor and Executive Council).
