Description

Through the School Energy Efficiency Development (SEED) Grant Program, the New Hampshire
Department of Energy (Department) provides support and technical assistance to schools in
small communities to implement energy efficiency projects and make necessary upgrades to

Projects awarded SEED funding must be completed no later than March 31, 2028.
Electronic proposals must be received at the Department no later than 12:00 p.m. EST (Noon)
on September 15, 2026. If the Department decides to award a contract at the conclusion of this
Request for Proposals (RFP), any contract award is contingent upon approval of the contract by
the New Hampshire Governor and Executive Council (Governor and Executive Council).
