The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation Urban & Community Forestry is soliciting grant applications for the purpose of supporting tree planting efforts on public and private property in Burdened Areas across the Commonwealth.
Eligible Applicants: Municipalities, 501(c)3 Organizations, and federally recognized Tribes.
Grant Deadline: November 2, 2026
Pre-Bid Conference: A virtual grant information session will be held on September 24, 2026. While attendance is not required and is optional, it is recommended that applicants attend.
