1.1. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for Snow Plowing and Removal Services to the State of New Hampshire with services indicated in the SCOPE OF SERVICES and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract.
The vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits to perform snow plowing and removal services. Services include removing snow, slush, and ice from entrance roadways, parking lots, and other areas; salting, sanding, and applying approved products; clearing walkways and sidewalks; and maintaining bare and dry pavement. Plowing begins upon accumulation of two inches of snow, and the vendor must plow continuously during storms. The vendor is also responsible for spring clean-up and may be requested to perform roof snow removal.
