The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for supply and delivery of On and Off Road Premium Additive Low Sulfur Diesel to the State of New Hampshire with product list and requirements indicated in the SCOPE OF WORK and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract.
The vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits necessary to perform services, including delivery of ultra-low sulfur diesel to state agencies and eligible participants at locations listed in the bid. The vendor must meet specific fuel specifications (cetane number, thermal stability, lubricity), comply with winter diesel cloud point requirements, and provide compliance documentation regarding sulfur content. Deliveries must be made within 48 hours of order, and the vendor must dip tanks before and after deliveries, leave delivery slips, and follow safety procedures. The vendor is responsible for correcting any defective work or damages caused by its employees.
