The contractor must provide water system treatment and maintenance including Legionella testing for cooling towers (SPX Model# NG8413XAS1, 1200 ton, 3600 GPM, QTY:3), chilled water loop (entire campus), and closed loops. Services include monthly Legionella testing with remediation included, monthly onsite service, monitoring and maintaining existing Siemens controls, liquid chemicals, and third-party testing for all closed loops. The contractor is responsible for replacing chemical feed equipment if needed. No glycol is present. The base period is 12 months, with two optional 12-month periods.
