The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for Electric Motor and Pump Repair Services to the State of New Hampshire with services indicated in the SCOPE OF SERVICES and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract.
The Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary to perform services including safely removing large motors and pump assemblies in accordance with lockout/tagout and rigging procedures; reinstalling large motors and pump assemblies ensuring proper mounting, coupling fitment, and torque specifications; inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing motors and pumps including bearings, seals, and electrical components; performing precision laser alignment of motor-pump assemblies to OEM tolerances; identifying, sourcing, and replacing defective components on smaller motors and pumps; and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues across all motor and pump systems including vibration, alignment, and performance concerns.
