The resulting contract shall be drafted and approved by the Division, which reserves the right to make a final award following completion of negotiations.
Cannon Mountain operates an extensive snowmaking system that is critical to winter operations and relies on numerous large industrial snowmaking pumps, booster pumps, and cooling pumps to support the pumping and distribution of water throughout the mountain's snowmaking infrastructure. To maintain reliable operation and minimize downtime during both preseason preparation and the operating season, the Division is seeking a vendor with demonstrated experience servicing large industrial pumping equipment capable of providing preventive maintenance, technical diagnostics, emergency repairs, pump rebuilds and overhauls, shop services, and field support as described in this Request for Proposal.
The selected Vendor shall provide comprehensive industrial pump maintenance and repair services for Cannon Mountain's snowmaking system, including preventive maintenance, inspection, diagnostic testing, repair, rebuild, overhaul, emergency response, and related technical support for snowmaking pumps, booster pumps, cooling pumps, and associated pumping equipment. The Vendor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, testing equipment, materials, and incidental supplies necessary to perform the required services. Equipment covered includes Pump 100 (Ingersoll/Dresser 500 HP), Pump 101 (Ingersoll/Dresser 400 HP), Pump 102 (National 600 HP), Pump 103 (Ingersoll/Dresser 400 HP), Pump 104 (Ingersoll/Dresser 400 HP), Cooling Pump 1 (Ingersoll/Dresser 50 HP), Cooling Pump 2 (Ingersoll/Dresser 60 HP), Booster Pump 1 (National 300 HP), and Booster Pump 2 (National 300 HP).
