The Vendor shall provide management, supervision, required labor, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective completion of all work and services specified in this RFP. The Vendor will provide a written list of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals used and must keep SDS accessible on-site. The Vendor is prohibited from using Bleach, Ammonia, and Aerosols. The Vendor will be responsible for providing all cleaning equipment, chemicals and supplies. Custodial services shall be provided five (5) days a week, Monday through Friday, typically between 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM, with on-call response within two (2) hours. Daily cleaning three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) includes non-patient room cleaning and staff/community use bathroom cleaning. Semi-annual services include strip wax and refinish hard surface floors and carpet cleaning. Emergency services require response within twenty-four (24) hours. Optional services may be billed at an hourly rate or per square foot.
