Upon completion, the site shall be returned to a state that meets and/or exceeds the pre-elevation condition as well as any modifications necessary to bring the site into compliance with local, State, and Federal requirements. The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (DPS), Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is seeking proposals from those Qualified Vendors to provide elevation services for 4617-0005 Carteret County Elevations as described in the attached Scope of Work in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
