Emergency Call Center Annual Cleaning Issue

The awarded contractor shall vacuum using HEPA-certified eco-friendly cleaning solutions, clean, and/or sanitize all reachable interior and exterior surfaces including counters, cavity shelves, mice, keyboards, monitors, beneath control desks, and miscellaneous peripherals such as phones and printers. The contractor shall inspect and report on the entire console for abnormalities, alignment and level of console desk, fans and control panels, doors and hinges, lights, loose screws and bolts, edge molding, fabric edges, duct arms, and environmental controls. The contractor shall perform detailed cleaning inside and out of consoles, check all parts of the console to ensure structural stability and note areas that may need repair, clean all surfaces, computers, monitors and other peripherals, ensure wires and other electrical connections are in good condition and alert staff of any issues noted, and re-fasten console legs and tighten screws or bolts on consoles or chairs. The work shall encompass approximately 53 main call center console stations and is expected to take 3 to 5 business days during business hours (8 AM to 5 PM), rotating stations to avoid disrupting call center operations. A detailed inspection report must be provided following service completion.
