Description
The State of Montana, State Procurement Services Division (SPSD), on behalf of the Department of Fish,
Wildlife, and Parks, is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeking janitorial services for the Region 2
Headquarters.
A more complete description of the services are provided in the Prerequisites tab in the Scope of Work.
Responses submitted to this IFB must comply with the instructions and procedures.

Offerors having questions or requiring clarification or interpretation of information presented in this IFB
shall use the Q&A Board to submit them by the Question Submission Close Date Deadline stated.
Issues or questions received after the Question Submission Close Date may not be considered.
Provide monthly janitorial services for the Region 2 Headquarters, priced as a lump-sum cost per month for standard monthly services, with separate monthly costs for services in April, July and October and for services in December and June as described in the Scope of Work.
