Description
The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) State Water Projects Bureau is soliciting
bids for weed spraying control services within the Toston Wetland and the Broadwater Dam in Broadwater
County, MT. The project is located on a thirty-five (35) acre parcel of land located approximately 1.5 miles
southwest of Toston, MT. Toston Dam is located on the Missouri River approximately 5.5 miles upstream of
Toston, MT. The dam is accessed from Highway 287 via Toston Dam Road on the south side of the river.
For a complete description of the work to be performed please see Attachment A - Toston Wetland and
Dam Weed Control Scope, located under the Prerequisites Tab.
From the date this Limited Solicitation (LS) is issued until an award is made and announced by the procurement
officer, bidders shall not communicate with any State staff regarding this procurement, except at the direction
of the procurement officer. Email is the preferred method of communication with the procurement
officer. Unauthorized contact may disqualify the bidder from further consideration.
