Description
The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is accepting bids for 7-Passenger Non-ADA Accessible New
Minivans Multi-Year Contract.

Please review and accept the State of Montana contract State Terms and Conditions identified herein.
Bidders requesting additions or exceptions to the State Terms and Conditions must submit them to the
procurement officer by the Q&A deadline. The State reserves the right to address nonmaterial requests for
exceptions to the State Terms and Conditions and contract language with the lowest bidder during contract
negotiation.
4. Please read and agree to comply with MDT Terms and Conditions.

Please review and accept the State of Montana Federal Terms and Conditions standard terms and
conditions identified herein. Bidders requesting additions or exceptions to the standard terms and
conditions must submit them to the procurement officer by the Q&A deadline. The State reserves the right

language with the lowest bidder during contract negotiation.
6. Bidder must download the "Federal Combined Bidder Certifications for Rolling Stock" attachment,

Group 2: Vehicle Information
Instructions:
2.1 Provide the Make, Model, Year and Seating Capacity of the vehicles being bid.
2.2
Bidders MUST submit all requests for approved equivalents/exceptions through the
solicitation’s Q&A Board in eMACS.
All known bidders shall be informed, via addendum to the original specifications of
those requests determined by MDT to be equal or to exceed the minimum stated
specifications.
Group 3: Verification of Nondiscrimination Against Firearms Entities/Trade Associations.
Instructions:
Offeror’s certification is made in compliance with and in reference to 30-20-301, MCA and the
terms defined therein. If Offeror determines the provisions of 30-20-301, MCA do not apply to
Offeror or the contract to be awarded under this RFP, Offeror shall submit a statement setting forth
in detail the basis for such determination.
3.1
Offeror does not have a practice, policy, guidance, or directive that discriminates
against a firearm entity or firearm trade association during the term of any contract it is
awarded under this solicitation; and b. Offeror will not discriminate against a firearm
entity or firearm trade association during the term of any contract it is awarded as a
result of this solicitation.
3.2 The Contractor determines the provisions of 30-20-301, MCA do not apply to the
contract, the Contractor shall submit a statement setting forth in detail the basis for
such determination.
3.3 Please confirm whether you are a governmental entity, are not a “company” that exists
to make a profit or are a company with fewer than 10 full-time employees.
