The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), acting through MTA Construction & Development (MTA C&D), is seeking a Project Management Consultant to provide comprehensive project support. Under this contract, the Consultant will deliver pre‑construction, construction, and project closeout services for system upgrades across multiple stations. The work includes converting existing public‑address‑only systems to integrated Public Address/Customer Information Screen (PA/CIS) systems, installing or upgrading HVAC mechanical systems in communication rooms, and performing related architectural, structural, and environmental tasks.
