The Consultant shall also provide Procurement Support services for a reasonable period of time until the award of the DB Contract. The Contract shall have the following Milestone deadlines: Milestone I – Delivery of Preliminary Engineering Submissions - Submission of 30% Design Package – 13 weeks after Notice to Proceed (“NTP”) Milestone II – Delivery of Draft and Final Preliminary Designs and Bid Package Submission of 90% Design Package - 100 weeks after NTP Milestone III – Procurement Support - Submission of 100% Contract Bid Package – 104 weeks after NTP
Estimated value: $1M - $5M. Contract term: NA. Funding: 100% Capital. M/WBE goals: 15% MBE 15% WBE 6% SDVOB.
The Consultant provides design services for replacing the Utica Avenue Substation, Murray Hill Substation, Laurelton Substation and Queens Breaker House. Work follows milestones measured from Notice to Proceed: the 30% Design Package at 13 weeks, the 90% Design Package (draft and final preliminary designs and bid package) at 100 weeks, and the 100% Contract Bid Package at 104 weeks. The Consultant also provides Design Support Services and Procurement Support until the award of the DB Contract.
