The selected vendor will plan, prepare, and implement a College Housing Management Software System at Northwest Mississippi Community College. The system must integrate with the current Student Information System (Campus Key via SFTP) and future SIS (Oracle Student Management via REST API), as well as other systems such as Maxient, Mongoose, Slate, Canvas, and Illumina. The solution should provide improved efficiencies, an improved student experience, and adoption of best practices. The software must support online housing applications, payments, room assignments, cancellations, refunds, communication tools (two-way SMS, email), Single Sign-On (SAML 2.0), role-based access controls, audit trails, reporting, and mobile responsiveness. The respondent must provide a three-year pricing proposal in Appendix B, including all software, implementation, integration, data migration, training, and support costs.
