The awarded contractor will provide uniformed, unarmed security guard services by foot patrol, including the use of motorized and non-motorized means of transportation as provided by the Agency. Services are to be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, across three shifts: A-Shift (6:00 am – 2:30 pm CST), B-Shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm CST), and C-Shift (10:00 pm – 6:30 am CST). Duties include allowing only authorized persons access onto the campus, issuing visitor passes, maintaining an activity log, monitoring alarm systems, checking entrances and exits, deterring vandalism and criminal activities, conducting security patrols, responding to emergencies, roving patrol of property, and monitoring the employee parking area. The contractor must have a field supervisor on-call 24/7.
